Terms of service

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the Manto online shop (shop.manto-corfu.com, including the shop on manto-corfu.com) between MANTO RETREAT CORFU SINGLE MEMBER P.C., Agios Georgios Pagon 0, 490 83 Kerkyra, Greece ("we", "us") and you as the customer.

2. Contract
The products in the shop are not a binding offer. You can review and correct all your entries in the checkout before you place your order. By clicking the final order button you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. Contract languages are English and German. We store your order; you receive its details in the confirmation email, and these terms are available on this page at any time.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include Greek VAT (24 %). There are no shipping costs because all orders are picked up. You pay with one of the payment methods offered in the checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments.

4. Pick-up
We do not ship. Orders are for guests of Manto Retreat Corfu and are picked up at Manto, Agios Georgios Pagon 0, 490 83 Kerkyra, during your stay. We let you know by email when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. If you cannot pick up your order during your stay, please contact us and we will refund the purchase price.

5. Retention of title
The products remain our property until they have been paid in full.

6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal. Details are in our refund policy.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Applicable law
Greek law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
